Claudia Serpa graduated from McGill University’s school of Communications Sciences and Disorders, and offers professional services in both English and Brazilian Portuguese. She is a member of the Ordre des orthophonistes et audiologistes du Québec (OOAQ), and has worked at special needs schools and in private practice in Montreal for the last 15 years. The majority of Claudia’s work has been with pre-school and school age children. She has also worked with adults on a wide range of services, including aphasia, attention issues, and accent reduction therapy. Her clinical experience guides her to focus on proven effective methods to address a communication challenge, taking into account the personal needs of the individual, their family and their community.
