Ishi is a personable Speech Language Pathologist who believes in providing therapy through building positive relationships with clients and families. Having moved between 3 countries, and 5 cities, she has developed a passion for meeting people and believes strongly in investing in each person she works with. Ishi recognizes the importance of individualizing treatment for each client, as each one is unique and learns differently. The aim is to empower clients, parents and caregivers with strategies to promote success. She holds a Bachelor of Arts & Sciences in Cognitive Sciences and a Master of Sciences in Communication Sciences and Disorders from McGill University, and is a licensed Speech Language Pathologist through the Ordre des Orthophonistes et Audiologistes du Québec (OOAQ). Special experience includes treatment and evaluation of speech, velopharyngeal inadequacy, early language development, play therapy, social communication, and stuttering.
