Do you have a long waiting list?

We have no waiting list.

We are committed to giving you the earliest possible appointment.

How long does a session last?

Therapy sessions are offered in 50-minute appointments.

Evaluation sessions vary in length depending on the type of assessment.

I have insurance, can I claim these services?

Each insurance policy is unique.

Contact your insurance provider and inquire whether psychology and speech-language pathology services are reimbursed.

I don't have insurance, can I claim these services?

Keep all receipts and speak with an accountant about submitting them as medical deductions with your income tax return.

Do you have a cancellation policy?

Please call and email to communicate any cancellations as soon as possible.

Exceptions are made for emergency cancellations due to illness or an accident. Schedule conflicts such as a dentist appointment or school outings are not emergencies.

Repeated absences may results in the reallocation of your appointment time.

We offer several service options:

(4) Occasional services may be provided at schools or daycares, for an associated travel fee
