Lisa holds a Master’s degree in Counselling Psychology and is a registered psychotherapist and guidance counsellor. She has over 10 years of experience working with children, adolescents, young adults, and families across various settings, including community organisations, private practice, residential and psychiatric care units, as well as schools. Throughout her career, Lisa has provided a variety of bilingual services, including therapy, assessment, academic and career counselling, behaviour management, and helping people adapt to life’s challenges.
Lisa is trained in cognitive-behavioural, solution-focused, narrative, and motivational interviewing approaches to help treat a range of mental health conditions. Her approach is integrative and adapted to each individual’s unique needs, with a focus on creating a strong therapeutic bond. Challenges, needs, strengths, and resources are explored to develop tailored therapy goals and promote optimal wellbeing.
Lisa is a member of l’Ordre des conseillers et conseillères d’orientation du Québec and is a registered psychtherapist with l’Ordre des psychologues du Québec.
