Nathaniel Vicente is an experienced psychologist with a rich background providing a wide range of assessment and therapeutic services to children, adults, and their families.  He is a member of the Ordre des Psychologues du Quebec and is pleased to offer professional services in both English and Filipino. He graduated from the University of Santo Tomas with the highest distinction.  Thereafter he practiced as a clinical psychologist providing assessment and intervention services within a multidisciplinary service delivery model in a specialized service center for children ages 4 to 17 with neurodevelopmental concerns including learning challenges, intellectual disabilities, and Autism Spectrum Disorder. Mr. Vicente has provided private services since 2014 and has garnered a reputation for being a client centered professional whose calm manner and utilisation of best practices is highly appreciated. Currently, he is an integral part of the Sir Wilfrid Laurier School Board where he works as a school psychologist providing assessments and consultative services for students with a variety of special needs including those with learning, social, behavioural and emotional challenges. He enjoys working with both preschool-aged and school-aged children, as well as with an adult clientele. His experience covers clinical and educational settings where he provides psychological and psychoeducational assessments to identify Developmental Delays/Intellectual Disabilities, Learning Disabilities, Attention difficulties, and Emotional/Behavioural Disorders in children, adolescents, and young adults with the goal of providing recommendations, strategies and access to services for success academically as well as emotionally and socially.
