Nicole Andersen (she/her) provides psychological services to adolescents and adults in English, both in person at the ULTRA clinic in Pointe-Claire and virtually.
Nicole has experience working with a wide range of mental health concerns and life challenges, including mood and anxiety disorders, attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), autism spectrum disorder (ASD), insomnia, family and relationship difficulties, and chronic health conditions.
She is trained in several evidence-based therapeutic approaches, including cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), and dialectical behaviour therapy (DBT). Nicole is passionate about helping individuals overcome obstacles and build more meaningful and fulfilling lives. Her clinical approach is holistic and individually tailored, with an emphasis on ensuring that clients feel seen, understood, and respected.
Nicole is in the final stages of completing her doctoral degree in Counselling Psychology at McGill University. She holds a master’s degree in Counselling Psychology and is a registered doctoral candidate with the Ordre des psychologues du Québec. She completed her clinical practica at the McGill Psychoeducational and Counselling Clinic and the Emotional Health CBT Clinic.
